“A Huge Weight Has Been Lifted”

Many thanks to the team at Consumer Reclaim they managed to sort out my ongoing battle with a large finance company when I was on the verge of ending my life with severe depression.
I am a disabled person living on a very tight budget. We were very misinformed and sold solar panels, which we found out after the first year would be unable to fund themselves as they did not generate enough energy to pay the loan taken out for their purchase. We were in total disbelief.
The letters and phone calls started to come, and the panic set in. I had never been in this situation in my life, embarrassment turned into a fear of losing everything. Even with the panels generating at their maximum output, we couldn’t recoup the £113/month repayments as they only generated £250/quarter; we were doomed from the start.
This all began in 2014, but in 2017 we found Consumer Reclaim who worked on our case. We didn’t think we had a chance of sorting things out, but in October of 2020 we finally got the news that they had succeeded. We can now breathe again; a huge weight has been lifted from our shoulders.
