We charge 30%+VAT of any amount that we successfully reclaim for a client. The fee will include the total amount of the claim, this may include, money returned, money written off and compensation. In some cases it may be necessary to instruct a expert report on the goods or services provided. Any fees for surveys or expert reports will be in addition to our fee but again are on a no win no fee basis. If you wish to cancel your claim after the 14 days cooling off period, reasonable expenses for work carried out will be charged and/or 30%+VAT of any offer received. You will only pay us when we have agreed a full and final settlement and any monies owed to you have been paid to you.
Our area of expertise is in consumer credit law and as such you will need to have paid a deposit or at least part of the payment for the goods or services using a means of credit either by credit card or retail finance. Limitation, the date which a claim must be made by, is usually either 6 years from the purchase date, or 6 years from final payment date. No, you will only be making a claim for compensation you are entitled to. All we need to do is to compile a solid claim proving that you are entitled to be reimbursed.
Generally, accepted and successful claims can take anywhere between 4-8 months to conclude. However, some claims can take longer depending on the complexity of the claim.
If you wish to cancel your claim after the 14 days cooling off period, reasonable expenses for work carried out will be charged and/or 30%+VAT. If you terminate the agreement Consumer Reclaim will charge reasonable expenses for work carried out on your file and/or 30%+VAT of any offer received, dependent on the current stage of your claim.
