The Financial Ombudsman fail to address unpaid rulings against Creation Finance where Creation Finance funded mis-sold solar PV panels. The Financial Ombudsman Service ruled in favour of customers who have been mis-sold solar PV panels on the basis of evidence supplied by Consumer Reclaim, but as of 30th July 2021, Creation are still not settling the claims and customers are sitting helplessly awaiting payments with no assistance from the Financial Ombudsman Service. Consumer Reclaim continues to put pressure upon Creation Finance to make payments to Customers.
