We are only able to pursue claims where finance or a credit card were utilised for the purchase of the panels, as many solar panel merchants have ceased trading. For clients who have used finance, this has to have been arranged by the solar panel provider directly, as this results in the lender being jointly responsible.

Most of our claims against renewable energy companies who have mis-sold Solar PV systems to individuals, involve direct sales companies making unrealistic promises, which are not achievable. Our dedicated team of experts will challenge both contractual and verbal misrepresentations.
