Mr B purchased a 3Kw Solar PV system from i-Power Systems in 2013. He paid £10100 and funded it with a 10-year loan arranged by the merchant with Creation Consumer Finance. The total amount payable with interest and charges was £15877.20. Consumer reclaims experts proved that the system should never have been installed as some of the system was North facing. Creation initially offered £600 in compensation but CR rejected this. Our legal team managed to force Creation to cancel the loan, repay all monies that our client had paid in the sum of £5689 plus interest.
